How much is programming?
We have a variety of options to choose from to work with our coaches; it all depends on your goals!
Powerlifting: ($350/mo) Be coached by one of our USAPL certified coaches, this includes weekly check-ins, form check video analysis, and week to week programming that adjusts with your lifestyle.
Hypertrophy: ($300/mo) Are you looking to get swole and get size in all the places you didn’t think possible? Be trained by one of our bodybuilding programming experts.
PT/ Post-Rehab: ($280/mo) Recently discharged from physical therapy and you wish to maintain/ continue your progress but don’t know where to begin? Train with our MES (Medical Exercise Specialist) team, and we’ll ensure you keep your gainz.
General Fitness/ Weight Loss: ($250/mo) Looking to shred some fat, get lean or just looking for a program to help you get into shape? Let us pair you up with one of our weight loss specialists to help you achieve your goals!
How will I receive my program?
Once you’re ready to go and you’ve connected with one of our coaches, you will be sent a setup link to get you registered on our programming platform. Once that’s complete, all communications and programs can be accessed through our app.
Do I need to be a part of a gym to work with one of the coaches?
For our powerlifting and hypertrophy program, it is required you belong to a gym since it can be difficult to see results with some bands and free weights at home; but if you have an at home gym with specialized equipment, we can work around that! For our PT/ Post-Rehab & General Fitness programs, some free weights, bands and an open space should be fine!
Is in-person training offered?
