Does this require regular communication from us to ensure you’re getting the results you’ve been looking for? Yes.
That’s fine, our goal is to ensure you get your money’s worth.
How It Works
First, we’ll set you up on a call with one of our coaches to go over your goals and make sure we get all the information we need to get you started. (This isn’t a quick 15-30min call, we block out up to an hour to make sure EVERYTHING is covered.)
Then, our coaches start working on your program through our programming app. (We care enough not to use spreadsheets.)
Finally, you and your coach confirm the program and check-in at the end of each week to get ready for the next! (This doesn’t mean you can’t reach out to them daily if you have any questions!)
